The perfect brunch cocktail! Recipe makes 1 drink.
Ingredients:
- 50 ml vodka
- 1 tsp horseradish (grated, or in a jar)
- 1 tsp BBQ sauce
- dash of hot sauce
- dash or Worcestershire sauce
- Juice of 1/4 lemon
- 250 ml tomato juice
- Black pepper
- Celery salt
- Optional garnishes: celery stick, skewer or pickles and olives (pictured)
Instructions:
- In a tall glass, mix the vodka with with BBQ sauce, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.
- Add a large ice cube (or several small ones) and top with the tomato juice – stir to combine.
- Dust with black pepper and celery salt, and garnish with a celery stick or your favourite garnish.
