Bloody Mary recipe

The perfect brunch cocktail! Recipe makes 1 drink.

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml vodka
  • 1 tsp horseradish (grated, or in a jar)
  • 1 tsp BBQ sauce
  • dash of hot sauce
  • dash or Worcestershire sauce
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon
  • 250 ml tomato juice
  • Black pepper
  • Celery salt
  • Optional garnishes: celery stick, skewer or pickles and olives (pictured)

Instructions:

  1. In a tall glass, mix the vodka with with BBQ sauce, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.
  2. Add a large ice cube (or several small ones) and top with the tomato juice – stir to combine.
  3. Dust with black pepper and celery salt, and garnish with a celery stick or your favourite garnish.
