So I’ve just worked my way through raw herring (with onions, of course) from the stall on Spui, chips with mayo and satay sauce from Vleminckx, organic foccacia from the Houten Huisje and shrimp kroket from Holtkamp… all in the name of broadcast journalism, you understand.
And why the need for all this fast food? Today, I was on a film shoot with a presenter from GlobalMAG, a program looking at culture and the environment, shown daily at 7.30 pm on Arte, a French/German TV channel.
