Blogging has fallen a little by the wayside recently – partly because I’ve been spending my weekends cycling through rain and wind (and occasionally sun) in search of local ingredients… My quest has led me to farms in Amsterdamse Bos, de Kwakel and Abcoude, as well as farmers’ markets in Amsterdam.
